Accounts

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Charges, refunds, and disputes are subject to Stripe policies and applicable law.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Micmapr a license to display and distribute your content within the service.

Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal activities or infringement
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Attempting to disrupt or harm the service

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Micmapr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
